At Milkbar Breastpumps, we prioritize your comfort and health; while we offer a 30-day return window for unworn maternity apparel, please note that breast pumps and intimate accessories must remain in original, heat-sealed packaging due to strict hygiene regulations.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached, or that breast pump seals remain completely intact.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
